Product came damaged but not from shipping. Hinge screws were stripped from the lid of the ottoman which had to have happened before shipping.

We’re truly sorry that your ottoman arrived with stripped hinge screws. We understand your concern, particularly when the damage appears to have occurred prior to delivery. This is not the level of quality or attention to detail we strive for, and we regret the frustration this caused. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review the issue and assist you with a resolution. Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@simpli-home.com with your order details and clear photos of the affected hinge and screws. Wonderful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am very pleased with the Avalon Storage Ottoman Bench Stone Gray Vegan Leather. The bench is sturdy and well made. The bench was packed perfectly within the Box. The outside covered in a cloth type bag, and foam around it. On the inside of the ottoman packaged neatly were the legs to be attached.

    Used Item.

I purchased the distressed black ottoman. It's nice and extremely easy to assemble, just take it out of the box and screw on the four legs. No tools needed. There was a squiggly mark inside the ottoman I saw after I set it up and opened the inside. I was sent a used product - a first for Target.
