Q: Can the Treshold brand porcelain ramekins be used in the oven? They are clearly marked as "Dishwasher Safe" and "Microwave Safe" on the bottom, but we want to use them to bake homemade chicken pot pies and individual apple pies.

Bought the 8oz ones for crème brûlée. They turned out perfect and they looked like what you’d get from a steakhouse for dessert in these. Great price point too! I use a culinary torch to brûlée the tops though. I heard others concerned about using the broiler for it. I think it would withstand the broiler, but as someone who loves making this dessert multiple times a year, a torch is the way to go, and it’s much more fun.
