Noodles are springy/chewy and have a good texture. The sauce is not good.at.all. Especially if you have an Asian palette- the sauce is so gross my mom, sibling, I all make our own with these noodles. Wouldn’t buy again since it’s expensive just for the noodles.

Bought these as stocking stuffers for my five kids, and they ate them for breakfast the next morning. The package tells you to add your own favorite sauces for a reason! The sauce packet clearly isn't designed to be used alone for most consumers. It's still yummy, and my kids enjoyed them as is. I added scrambled egg, soy sauce, and Sriracha to mine. They would be super good with more add ons and sweeter sauces, but I was lazy and used what I had. The texture of the noodles is great.
