    I like the look and versatility of this skort however it does tend to run a size smaller, so I would have purchased the size S instead of XS if I had known.. My granddaughter is the typical active 4 1/2 year old and we had to keep tugging the shorts down because they kept riding up during regular play’s clothing.. Quite annoying.     My daughter is 10 years old and wearing size 12-14. We got these based on the reviews but I would say if your kid is on the taller and thicker side, I would size up. She loves this cause they have the shorts underneath.
