Description
a2 Milk®, Ultra-Pasteurized 2% Reduced Fat Milk is deliciously smooth cow’s milk. a2 Milk comes from cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein and no A1. Published research suggests a2 Milk may help avoid stomach discomfort in some people. All cows originally produced only the A2 protein. A natural change occurred over a thousand years ago, which caused the A1 protein to appear as a genetic variation. Today, most milk comes from cows that produce both A1 and A2 protein in their milk. But our a2 Milk comes from cows that only produce the A2 protein. Feel the a2 difference!

Q: Is this milk non gmo?
submitted by Oz - 1 year ago
A: Except our Grassfed milk, some of our cows’ diet could include GMO corn. An adequate diet that is free from any genetically modified ingredients is hard to come by in large quantities in the USA. We require that our farmers feed their cows an all-vegetarian, plant-based diet and are independently certified by the Validus Group for animal welfare. Our a2 Milk® Grass Fed is Non-GMO Project Verified.

Q: Is this casein free?
submitted by KK - 2 years ago
A: Hi there, all a2 Milk® products are not casein free. There are two main types of beta-caseins: A1 and A2 beta-casein protein. Most cows’ milk sold in the US naturally contains a blend of A1 and A2 proteins. Our milk is sourced from cows that naturally produce only the A2 protein type and no A1. Great milk for sensitive stomach
The only milk I buy for my family. If you’re sensitive to milk, this is what you need. I can consumer this anytime of day and never have the negatives effects on dairy on my sensitive stomach.

Best milk
Love the creamy flavor. Love even more that I don’t get stomach cramps with this milk. I thought I had become lactose intolerant but even the lactose free milk would give me cramps. Finally found this milk and decided to give it a try. So glad I can drink milk again!

Borderline expired due to storage
It smells sour and taste old. The expiration isn’t for another month, but I really question either how it was stored prior to pick up or how long it sat until it was stocked and how it was stocked. It’s not bad but it’s almost bad and pretty repulsive.

Good taste but only 59 ounces instead of 64.
I do like the taste and consistency/texture. Plus it doesn't have that greasy feeling that some specialized milks have. My only minor complaint is that these containers are only 59 fl oz instead of the more conventional half-gallon 64-oz size. Shrinkflation is real! Make these containers 64 ounces for the same price, and I'll give it 5 stars!
