  • A: Your preference but their site says between 12-16 oz. I’ve mixed it in a disposable 16.9 oz water bottle as well as my 24 oz owala. It tasted slightly watered down in my owala so I think 16oz is perfect but it’s whatever you like

    Yummu flavor

I can add one stick to about 30 oz of water and it is still pretty concentrated, compared to the other energy sticks. Tastes just like the can does and has the same amount of caffeine so it's nice to grab a stick and add it to my water to stay hydrated but also get some energy.

    Perfect travel partner

It is also good because you can add as much or as little as you want. It makes the drink more customizable! The website was very good for ordering. The design was great and super simple.
