  • A: Your preference but their site says between 12-16 oz. I’ve mixed it in a disposable 16.9 oz water bottle as well as my 24 oz owala. It tasted slightly watered down in my owala so I think 16oz is perfect but it’s whatever you like

Good for a little help to go through the day

The enegry sticks is very good for storing or on the go. I get a great value from every serving can put in 12-16 fl oz of water, if stirred or shake well to fully dissolve. The taste is nice, instant pick me up is good if someone is not very tired, and must be aware of digest upset if they have healthy gut health or not.

I ADD REAL SALT(redmonds or baja gold) LOVE IT

I absolutely love this flavor… great drink especially when you add real salt (redmonds or Baja gold) gives the electrolytes you need to really make this a healthy drink. Love this but have had issues with getting wrong flavor in the past. Check your order right away. It target corrected the issue. Thank you target and Alani for this great drink.
