This is a phenomenal collection of recipes that is presented in such a nice way. It's full of history, personal stories, and a passion that overflows from the beautiful matte pages. I am excited to get cooking and baking with this book that is a real love letter to Hawaii and it's wonderful and unique culture.

The BEST Hawaii local cook book I've seen in a looonnnngg time. This book is full of great recipes that are so easy to follow. Alana does a great job of detailing the history of local food in Hawaii. Bravo! 10/10 would recommend!
