Beneficial Supplemnt
After mentioning to my Primary Physician that I was feeling pins and needles to the soles of my feet, he recommended Alpha Lipoic Acid 600 mg. daily. I am not a diabetic and for a while thought I might be having diabetic symptoms. To my surprise this supplement worked, and I will continue to take them as I have had much relief.

Awesome supplements
This product was a life saver for me. I began experiencing nerve pain/sharp shooting pain in my toes after I had to undergo chemotherapy treatments. The pain was like someone was stabbing me, intermittently, with an ice pick. I started taking these supplements 5 years ago and literally, after 2 days, the pain stopped and I have not had it since then. Best Naturals is the best company I have found that contains few ingredients and the price is reasonable. ALA is one of the main ingredients in many of the very expensive medications given to people to alleviate nerve pain. If you are experiencing neuropathy, you might want to give these supplements a try.

Lipoic acid
I did a fairly intense study of ala and,was very happy with benefits this product offers now I've only been doing 6 pills daily 3-2am 3-4pm can't wait for some more benefits! I bought it to help with nuerothapy..which it has helped immensely! Thank you! Glen
