    Confusing description

    The product description is misleading. It refers to Magnesium glycinate, but the actual pills are Magnesium oxide. These are used for different things, so I don't know if this product will work for me."

    Great Daily Supplement

    Magnesium is a great daily supplement. In particular, I like its beneficial effects on sleep and regularity, but magnesium performs many other important functions in the body. Safe to take at higher levels if needed.

    Product is what my spouse & I use. The price was reasonable and decided to bundle multiple items on my order. Three if the items were all shipped separately fron different locations. Note: Better packaging needs improvement. This Magnesium item was not protected inside the box and could have been damaged by sliding around inside the box.     I started taking this product a month ago and I’m so glad that I did because I deal with chronic pain and chronic insomnia daily. Since I started taking this within two weeks my pain is not as bad every day and I’m getting more sleep.

    Change my life

    I have RLS (restless, leg syndrome) as long as I can remember my nurse, Nurse Hardesty Recently, told me there’s a “medication” I can take for it. I haven’t felt like this in a long time.

    Skip the Melatonin!

    I have been taking this supplement before bed for a few weeks now. Best sleep ever! I am also not drowsy the next day like I would be taking melatonin. The regular quality sleep also helps with more energy during the day.
