Q: how long does it take to start feeling the effect of this product. Ed F

A: For myself, it took quite awhile to feel/notice any physical difference. I would say 2 months or so, give or take a week. However everyone is different. I myself have always been anemic and never treated it until my first pregnancey. If you have a very low red blood cell count it will take a while to build up your iron stores. I hope this helps even though it's not an exact time line seeing as everyone is different.

I was concerned these were going to upset my stomach but they’re fine. I take 2 with 500mg of vitamin C on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. My iron is 36 and ferritin is 15 which is why I take 2. I haven’t had repeat blood work yet.
