I first learned about your product by a content creator on TikTok and I decided to give it a try. I had an insatiable craving for ice, I could not help it. And I knew if I continued it would ruin my teeth. So, I started taking the your iron pills and to my surprise, kid you not I haven’t craved ice since(it’s been a month). I’m still in disbelief. Thus far I am seeing changes. I forgot to mention! I do not get that weird feeling in your stomach when you take iron supplements nor am I constipated. I will be trying more of Megafood products.

Great for my anemia
I love this blend because it helps with my anemia without any stomach issues. I like that it combines iron with other vitamins which as vitamin C that complement it. This helps with absorption. I have no had any issues using the bathroom like I have with other products. My favorite iron supplement and I’ve tried many!!!

I was anemic for 2 yrs and after using Blood Builder supplement for 2 wks, my light headedness stopped. After 6 wks my hemoglobin was at a normal level. I did not take the iron prescription given to me by my dr. due to its side effects. Even the dr. was surprised at my improvement and asked what I was taking. I take one daily supplement every day and have recommended it to so many friends.

Honestly, being vegan it's hard
Honestly, being vegan it's hard to get my daily iron in. especially in the winter months. Im a runner, 5x a week. Having that extra energy throughout the day and the ability to know my iron/b12 is taken care of in one pill makes it so easy. I take it with an orange or some OJ to maximize intake absorption. I friend of mine recommended this to me and I couldn't recommend it to anyone else more.

I wanted to share with you that my husband and I have been loving all the Mega Food vitamins, especially the Blood Builder. My husband's oncologist told him that he was very anemic and needed to use an iron skillet for cooking. I then showed him the Blood Builder vitamins, and he approved. I have been taking MegaFood
I have been taking MegaFood Blood Builder since August 2024, due to my persistent anemia and poor nutritional absorption, resulting from surgery to repair a bleeding ulcer in 2012. I had been taking a children’s multivitamin with iron, for over 10 years without any noticeable improvements. In 2022, as my anemia and other lab values worsened, I was referred to a doctor specializing in Oncology & Hematology. In August 2024, we discussed my decreasing lab values and decided to make some changes. I started taking the Blood Builder twice daily, for the increased iron, in an effort to improve my Hemoglobin and Hematocrit. In February 2025, I also switched my children’s multivitamin to a Prenatal Vitamin, which had increased amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements. In August 2025, my lab values were showing considerable improvements and my Oncologist/Hematologist remarked that the Blood Builder and the recent addition of a Prenatal Vitamin were having a positive effect on my lab values. Now, I take the Blood Builder only once per day and I am continuing to take a Prenatal Vitamin, as well, because it also contains a much needed copper and other supplements.
