Probably a decent product, but there was no discer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooth shelled pill with no discernible taste and easy to swallow. The packaging was quality and the ingredient list looked extensive however I didn’t notice any discernible benefit. I had been taking a multivitamin that claimed increased absorption and I have to say I could tell the difference during the elimination process of the prior vitamin, but this one there is no discernible impact. Speaking in code since I’m trying not to be crude, but I think you should understand what I’m saying.

For years I’ve been trying to get him to take a multivitamin and finally now that he is over 50 he has decided I’m right. This vitamin has changed his mind and he has no issues taking this everyday. The ingredients in these multivitamins are of a good quality with ingredients that work. Really don't have a taste or anything but if you have problems taking a decent size pill you may need to break these in half first.
