He’s not always great about taking vitamins, but the gummies make it easy. The flavors are sweet and tropical, like a little treat instead of a vitamin. They chew nicely and there’s no weird aftertaste. He takes two each morning and doesn’t even think twice about it. These gummies are made to support immunity, energy, metabolism, and muscle function for men. They have 11 essential nutrients and are free of artificial flavors, sweeteners, colors, gluten, and gelatin. The only thing to keep in mind is they’re still a supplement, not a substitute for a healthy diet, and the label suggests taking with food for better absorption. There’s also a bit of sugar in the gummies, so if that’s a concern you might want to check the nutrition info. Overall, if you want a multivitamin your husband will actually take without complaining, I’d recommend these. The taste is great and the nutrient support is solid.

He hasn't ever chosen or taken a gummy vitamin before this. He says they taste great and it doesn't even taste like he's taking vitamins. The flavors were good, good variety with the tropical instead of flavors you’d typically see. Didn’t stick in your teeth, and packaging is eye catching enough. You get 100 in the bottle which is a good deal for the price. Only problem is my husband does not like that there’s sugar in these. If they were just multivitamin supplements without the sugar he would get them again.
