These vitamins are the best I have used, although they have a slightly high price, but the quality-price is good. They have a normal medicinal flavor, since I have not tried any flavored ones. They contain many vitamins necessary for the body, especially to supply those that are not lacking in the body.

I take these multivitamins every day and so does my mother. We both feel a good boost in energy when we take them regularly. On days I forget to take it like for 4 5 days or more or if I don’ take it while travelling, after a few days I start feeling low and kind of weak, like something’s missing. My doctor also recommended me to take It daily. It really helps to feel active and healthy overall. The price is also reasonable for the quantity you get.
