Like many others have stated. This multivitamin made me extrememly nauseous, I tried a few different things like taking it with different meals and at different times of day but it left me sick every single day for a week. With that being said if this doesn't make you sick it is probably great but I wouldn't risk it.

Bad stomach aches
I’ve taken lots of multivitamins before without issue. I wanted to try this one out, but it gave me terrible stomach aches during the week that I tried it. It stopped immediately after I discontinued it. Not recommended.

Causes nausea
While I love Nature Made vitamins, this women’s multivitamin makes me very nauseous. At first I thought it was because I was taking with other supplements in the morning so I tried taking it after lunch, hours after other supplements. Unfortunately within 30 minutes I was extremely nauseous again.

I bought these vitamins today, took one after breakfast, and then I felt sick, with a stomachache and diarrhea. I feel awful now, and I can't return them since I opened the box. I've never reacted to vitamins like this before.

These landed me in the emergency room with pill esophagitis. I have never had issues with taking pills before and never had any irritation like this before. This is my only new pill I’ve taken so it is the culprit. I’m so sick. Never taking again.

I’m about to order my second bottle as I just finished my first one. You must take these type of vitamins after you’ve digested a full meal! I usually wait until lunchtime digest for about 30 and then take one. If you’re just eating a salad or a piece of fruit forget it because you will be sick. I’m the type of person if I were to take this on an empty stomach, it would come right back up. and if you don’t eat something heavy for lunch, then you may wanna wait until you’ve had a larger meal at dinner time. A lot of people say take it with the meal. My opinion would be after the meal once your stomach is coated with food. I knocked a star off because they are on the larger side.

Iron and Calcium?
Calcium and iron complete for absorption in the digestive tract. Why would they include these together in one vitamin when they need to be taken several hours apart?

Be prepared
Wow take care of the reviews! These seemed like a good value, but the nausea when taking these was awful for me. I couldn’t find a way around it no matter the time of day or following a meal they always triggered a nauseous feeling for an hour after taking them. Definitely recommend having a back up plan to give these away if they don’t work for you.
