Good size and easy to swallow
I can't tell if there's any benefits when taking multi-vitamins (same with any other brands), but this one is a good size (not large) and easy to swallow. I did accidently chew on one and that was gross. But it's not meant to be chewed. :) I mention this because it shows that the tablets are not super hard so if you do accidently chew on one then it won't crack your teeth. :)

Tastes utterly vile--I feel like I'm going to hurl after eating half of one of these. They were slightly cheaper than the gummies I usually get, but even if they were free I would still toss them in the garbage. Just get gummies. Don't subject yourself to this.

Easy open flip top, Great vitamin!
My husband loves these. His numbers on his blood tests have all improved since taking them. They also have a flip top opening so he dosen't have to unscrew the top. It is very easy to open with his arthritis.
