I've tried a few brands over the years. Most recently I tried these. They are terrible. They make me sick and I suspect are having an overall deleterious effect on my body. Avoid like the plague.

while the vitamins are great the down side is the type of B12 in this is unhealthy. I switched to methylcobalamin which is healthier.

The taste is good, but of course it is because they're coated in sugar. One reason I like gummies so much. What I don't like is that it doesn't tell you how much omega-3 is contained in them.
