I’ve been using these for quite some time and they are probably one of the only things that have consistently helped me stay regular. I’ve tried so many products and none of them were consistent. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs regularity and loves a tasty gummy!

My kids love taking these because they’re delicious. I love them because the fiber source is pectin, which is an excellent prebiotic fiber. Pectin is a true regulating fiber, so it can actually help people with constipation or diarrhea. Unlike most fiber supplements, pectin is a gel forming fiber and also helps to slow gastric emptying, promoting a feeling of fullness and preventing that ‘rush to the bathroom’ situation that some people deal with. It’s an all star ingredient for digestive health and I love that Olly makes it in a form that everyone can take!

I NEVER write reviews however these work! I have been battling with gastro issues to the point I've had to have a colonoscopy and endocopy ( 21 years old) and a ton of testing and a huge symptom of mine is bloating and constipation . I have been taking these for a week now and have had AMAZING results. I see other reviews about the quality and chewyness of the gummies but we aren't taking them for the taste of them! I would say give them a try for a full week and see if they work for you!

I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks and they’ve helped SO much! I’m regular for the first time in my life thanks to them (and a healthier diet)! They taste good but they are kind of hard to chew. It isn’t a problem for me, just a heads up for others. Definitely recommend!

I feel like these gummies are great in terms of function, but the gummies I received in this order were rock hard. I literally have to microwave them for 10 seconds to be able to chew them. I have previously purchased these in the store rather than online and did not experience this problem. I do like them a lot and they taste great (when they aren't rock hard!), so the lower stars just reflects the quality of the gummies.

I needed a way to get more fiber and thought a gummy would be a great option. I was excited that these didn’t have sugar alcohol and gave them a shot. As a pro, they tasted great! They weren’t hard to chew like some other commenters mentioned so I must have gotten a good batch. HOWEVER these made me so gassy and bloated - I thought this would go away but nope after a couple weeks I had to stop taking them. If you are sensitive to high FODMAP foods I would avoid these as fructooligosaccharides as high fodmap and can cause stomach upset, gas and bloating

Even though these were within a (relatively short) expiry, and the container was completely sealed, the rings were flat and appeared dried out. Color was nothing like what appears on the webpage. Nonetheless, I tried one...YUK! Consistency was HARD/rubbery (like pull your fillings out hard) and unpleasant. I would hesitate to buy other products from the Olly brand based upon this experience. Very disappointing.
