I was having bowel movement issues. I went from daily to maybe 2x a week, which was a red flag for me. So I bought these maybe 2 weeks ago and been taking them daily in the morning. MY BUTT!!! I’m definitely back to doing number 2 daily, but sometimes it’s multiple times a day. It definitely gets everything moving lol. I’d also like to add, please drink water!

i tried cvs brand probiotic gummies & noticed zero change, bought olly brand pre/probiotic gummies & my gastro issues are completely fixed. not all gummies are made the same, these are different. totally effective

I was not expecting these to anything at all - I was simply following doctor's orders to take a probiotic while on a course of antibiotics. I've taken other probiotics and they never did anything, so I wasn't expecting these to do anything, either. I literally only picked them up because the jar was cheaper than Align or Culturelle. After I got home, I noticed this brand only has ONE strain of bacteria and thought, surely that is insufficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh taste. But what really surprised me was how much of a positive effect these seem to have had on me. I was frequently bloated despite eating healthy foods and probiotic foods - BLOAT IS GONE. I was frequently gassy especially after evening meal - NO MORE. What? How? I don't know. All I know is other probiotics never did anything for me, and this one has. It's literally so weird not to have my abdomen be so puffy all the time - I look like I've lost 10 pounds. Different brands of probiotics have different strains of bacteria - perhaps I just really needed this one? Worth trying, and if it doesn't work for you, keep trying different strains. Oddly, the gummy seems more effective for me if I take it on an empty stomach rather than with a meal.

They taste great! That being said, they were all mashed together in the container, and tough to get out. Also, my stomach felt bloated and not better at all. My hubby tried them too and said the same thing. Not worth it.

I have a specific medication side effect that regularly creates - well - very loose bowel movements. After more than 3 plus years of this with many doctor visits included, I tried this on a whim. Olly Probiotic plus Prebiotic did the trick. Everyone is different, but this has really improved my gut health and kept me from having to take medication to stop my issue every 2-3 days. It’s so easy to take and it’s tasty too. Most importantly, it worked for me!

these are so good...I honestly don't know if they "work" or not but they taste so good that I don't even care. I have to use so my self control not to eat more that the suggested amount. They honestly taste better than candy. They make my heart happy :) I wish they were cheaper but they're worth every penny
