    I think it's a good thing, and I even read on here that a woman lost 20 pounds while taking these not the bad idea it's not for weight loss, but if it helps even better

    While these taste good, and are reasonably priced, they are less effective than another brand I bought. These have the same number 5M CFUs, but perhaps contain less types/varieties. They're still fairly effective, so I'd buy them again if the other wasn't available.

    So happy to be feeling better

    I had food poisoning or something and my stomach was so messed up. I kept taking pepto and Imodium and nothing was helping. It was like 10 days of non stop getting sick every time I ate. I didn’t want to eat anymore. So I grabbed these at target at the last effort to get back to normal. I stared by taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it did take a few days but they worked and I’m back to normal again. I’m so happy to be feeling better.
