I just took the last pill in my 1st bottle and I'm super nervous about waiting on my next bottle because I forgot to order more. These pills alone have almost eliminated all of my bloating (i looked 9 months pregnant, but blamed it on menopause), all off heartburn, and my gut doesn't hurt like it used to after eating. I highly recommend these, I have bouts of diverticulitis and I've read about caution during flare ups but my digestion is so much better now . I'm excited to see what the 2nd bottle will do for me. I was taking them after big or heavy meals so maybe 2 a day.
