I haven't gone as far as to check what all I am sensitive to but I knownI am lactose intolerant and have other food sensitivities. These helped me feel great for the whole month. The package was sealed and it came in a bubble bag.

It did a good job a curbing my appetite but unfortunately for me it did the opposite effect. I tend to have issues with bloating so I was disappointed that it did not relieve this problem for me. I ended up feeling more bloated. The packaging easy to open and the bottle has a nice pop top lid. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full disclosure, I've taken probiotics before and had some issues with them, but I was excited to try these since they were a combo with enzymes, something I hadn't tried before. Unfortunately, these had a similar effect as the probiotics I'd tried before. Instead of helping gastrointestinal issues, they ended up causing a lot of gastrointestinal distress to the point I had to stop using them. They were just a little much for me, so if you also have a sensitive digestive system, I would just say proceed with caution!
