Enzymedica, however, had neither a taste or smell! Appreciate that I knew all the ingredients and that it is only one capsule.

I felt less full and fewer stomach issues when I ate gluten (I’m gluten sensitive). It wasn’t a miracle pill but also maybe I didn’t time it right. Definitely will keep trying it out to see if I can maximize effectiveness!

First of all, every probiotic will cause bloating the first week this is because your stomach needs to adapt. But after this period i noticed less bloating and a faster metabolism i also had more energy so overall think this product really worked and i will continue ton use it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer constantly from bloating after eating (especially dinner) so this product intrigued me. The enzymes break down carbs, fats, fibers and more to help ease digestion and make you feel more comfortable after a big meal. The probiotics also boost your microbiome and support immune health. All of that is scientific speak just to say it’s good for your digestive health and well being. I only gave this 3 stars however not because the product isn’t effective but rather the amount you need to take daily per the directions. One capsule is directed after each meal which totals three a day. This particular bottle has 45 capsules which if I’m doing my math correctly is approximately two weeks worth. They do have larger sizes available but for me personally, I don’t want to take a pill after every meal. I think it’s excessive and unnecessary. I also prefer a gummy rather than a capsule because it’s easier to swallow (just my personal preference). If you don’t mind taking three pills a day then you’ll like this product.

It contains lots of enzymes that helps with digestion. Not a fan of the taste but with water, it goes down easy. I usually take it after lunch and dinner or after a very heavy meal. I don’t feel as tired or bloated as I used to. Will definitely buy this product!

The directions say to take with a meal so it requires more foresight than something I’d take when I get indigestion post-meal. Tonight I didn’t care and took it anyway after a meal left me bloated and in pain due to my onion sensitivity. I took them off-label but the results were almost immediate. I plan on taking as directed next time I know onions or other cruciferous vegetables will be in my meal. I usually opt for gas x but this worked quicker.

You are supposed to take one with each meal but I only eat twice a day so these will stretch a bit longer for me. I feel great. Less bloating as well. They come with a probiotic blend which is nice. I love a dual purpose product. It saves money in the long run if I don’t need to purchase a separate probiotic. They are easy to take, not very big. No weird flavor either. I look forward to seeing future results with continued use. These are also very easy to travel with if you plan on eating out.
