While I can’t tell if I’ve lost any inches around my waist nor if I lost any weight, I can totally tell my eating habits have changed. The day I started taking this, I stopped pooping so therefore I was bloated my whole beach trip and once the weekend was over I had stopped taking them and still couldn’t poop for 2 more days until I took some laxative and finally relieved myself on my boyfriends birthday so no morning birthday s3x for him! Highly mad and highly don’t recommend I’ve felt awful the entire time taking it
