These strains, when taken orally, can help create the best bacterial ratio in the vaginal to promote overall vaginal health, including healthy vaginal odor.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't noticed anything too specific yet, I'm hopeful though as I have horrible bladder issues. The best part so far is I haven't had any diarrhea which I worry taking too many supplements. That sometimes that will affect my stomach in a negative way. But taking this along with the fan club, I have not had any diarrhea. I I haven't gotten a UTI or any of the pains that I get in my bladder. I want to hope that this is the supplement that is helping me.
