I have been taking this in combo with Fiber me plus and I have lost 18 pounds with out any change in my daily routines. No diet necessary. I took it for 3 days and it gave me diarrhea. I stopped and it went away. I started taking it again thinking it was coincidental but it came back within hours. I don’t know if it’s normal but it’s a miserable side effect that I can’t get past in order to feel the benefits.

Too much bloating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I had to stop taking Best of Berberine as it seems to have given me excessive bloating. I didn't experience any gastro side effects, no nausea or anything along those lines, but wow was I bloated. I felt uncomfortable so I stopped, and the bloating subsided. I switched to using HUM's GLP1 probiotic fiber and I feel much better. That's not to say this won't work for you but, unfortunately it didn't agree with me.
