Good taste, but ineffective. Trust the other reviews that suggest this product could cause a yeast infection/ itching. Not sure why, but it happened to me as well. Horrible discomfort! I like the other Lemme gummies (e.g., hair and sleep), but this one is a definite pass and certainly not worth the money.

I tried these gummies like everyone else, I mean it's been all over so in my head they couldn't have caused that many issues. I was wrong. I mean I've only been using them for a few days and there's a drastic difference in my smell down there. I wasn't originally having many problems, a light and natural odor but I just wanted to make sure that I did everything in my power to keep it healthy since I had a UTI earlier this year. And now I feel like I have this overwhelming unnatural smell. Imma go back to drinking my pineapple and cranberry juice.

I love that I could get a seven day trail pack at Target to try them before buying a big container. I love the taste and the fact that they don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth after eating. Also a little bonus was being able to open the container paste cover without it ripping and falling apart, it’s the small things. I’ve only tried the seven day trail so I’m not sure how well they work but I love everything else about it.
