You would see results in less than a week if you take this while working out and dieting. It’s been 2 weeks taking this and I already lost 5lbs plus it’s noticeable in my tummy! It’s hard to lose weight there for me. When I do cardio I even sweat more and I feel so much leaner in so little time.

I have PCOS and insulin resistance. For this reason it’s always hard for me to get in shape!! Even though it’s hard i lost almost 20 pounds in 2-3 months, i am also in a calorie deficit with lemme products! Dedication is the most important thing with the products; in first month you may not even see a change but keep going!

Waste of money. It’s All about the Marketing and putting a famous Celebrity’s name & logo on a product that DOES NOT WORK. I used these & several other products here which ALL HAVE NOT WORKED. Also, how embarrassing for this company to also use the cheapest possible way to deliver. They use DHL and literally these are all slowly making it across the freeways from the opposite side of the whole country. It takes about a week and a half + to get here. I earned money with my points so decided to order the lemme GROW CANT WAIT TO TRY THEM SO I CAN SEE ZERO RESULTS I WILL BE SURE TO ADD MY REVIEW AFTER A COUPLE BOTTLES. I ended up joining a program to focus on naturally loosing weight & toning up where I saw IMMEDIATE RESULTS. I also learned in that program not to ever take Gummy ANYTHING that are full of sugar. EVERY SINGLE BOTTLE THAT USES GUMMY’S HERE HAVE TONS OF SUGAR. SHAME ON KOURTNEY FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE & CLAIMING TO ACTUALLY USE THESE PRODUCTS WHEN SHE & FAMILY SPEND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON PLASTIC SURGERY & COUNTLESS PROCEDURES TO ACHIEVE THEIR FAKE BODIES & LOOK. I take these in conjunction with lemme debloat. I exercise 3-5 times a week as well, and I try to watch what I eat but it’s not a perfect process. I definitely think these help with keeping my stomach flat throughout the day. Idk if it’s the capsules or not, but sometimes I feel like I’m hungrier? Idk if that’s from the increase in metabolism from these or exercise, but something is definitely working!
