I like the gummies, but these made me stomach so upset I was on the porcelain God for hours each time, had to be near a bathroom at all times. Massive stomach cramps, pains and diarrhea! Resulted in massive fatigue. I eat really healthy. So this was scary. After three days of the same thing, and this was the only thing different I took. I stopped. Please be careful taking these and be near a toilet the first few days you take them so you don’t find yourself in a pickle like I most did! Lol. Good luck everyone!

Dangerous for those who have anxiety and also consume caffeine
I had a trip to the hospital gate taking these. It was so traumatizing, I quit and threw the entire bottle away as well as stopped drinking green tea or any caffeine for that matter. After taking these, and then my daily green tea I had to go to urgent care where they did a routine check and rushed me into an ekg and called an ambulance because my heart rate / blood pressure was at heart attack level.I have anxiety already but this was so bad.. thankfully it led me to meet with a therapist to regulate the panic I have of ever going through something like this again. I can’t say this would happen often but I really find it discouraging that they don’t do more testing or elaborate how it can affect truly anxious people or those who drink caffeine daily. Even if you think this is already and unhealthy lifestyle, everyone deserves quality and thorough testing as well as transparency. I was extremely disappointed and it has led to and event that had lit a fire in my anxiety. I’m really disappointed that a wellness brand has led to one of the least healthiest moments in my life. I really think they could do better when it comes to testing and including side effects.

My daughter and I have been trying the lemme burn pills but I’m not sure what or how I’m supposed to be feeling. I still feel like I’m low in energy and still always hungry. It says it’s an appetite suppressant but I haven’t noticed any changes whatsoever.

It actually works no joke
So my heaviest, I was 270 and I’ve lost a lot of weight and there are times where I plateau super hard. And it feels like I’m not going anywhere, and I kept seeing Lemme Burn and Lemme GLP-1 and because I plateaued for a while I was like oh my *** I’m not getting anywhere. So I started taking these when I plateaued at 230. Now that I take these, I’m 195. Take these consistently, be in a calorie deficit, and move around. These works so well.
