I thought this gummy was going to make me sleep or feel out of it. But I legit keep this in my bag! Every time I start feeling overwhelmed. I take a gummy and within 10-15 mins I’m relaxed as can be. I’m a very nervous person, I started taking let me chill, it didn’t work the first day but after a few days it does help. Normally I’d take a prescription medication but that always made me sleepy. Not this I’ll definitely order again

I absolutely love these. I tend to have increased anxiety at night and I pop one of these and it helps significantly. My heart palpitations subside and overall I feel more calm and relaxed. I haven’t tried taking it during the day, but I definitely think they would be ok and you’d still able to function without being too calm/sleepy.

Although I tend to avoid products that are branded by celebrities, I heard excellent reviews about the effectivity and taste of the Lemme Chill De-Stress gummies. Ashwagandha is known for its ability to help maintain cortisol levels, and help reduce overall stress. I have trouble turning off my thoughts at night, and this has helped me feel more relaxed and at peace with my thoughts before bed. I also purchased a bottle for my mom who experiences high nighttime stress, and she loves it. She isn't consistent with taking supplements, but due to the taste, she's been taking these daily and have reported positive effects on her overall sleep and stress levels.

A 10/10 for taste. But I don't seem to feel the relaxed state that it advertises. I experimented taking double the dosage (4 gummies) and still not calming effects. I believe the bio-availability for these gummies aren't optimal, at least for me. Perhaps for someone who is a more relaxed person and is seeking MORE relaxation, it could possibly benefit them.
