Description

Magnesium activates the enzymes necessary for a number of physiological functions, including neuromuscular contractions, cardiac function, and the regulation of the acid-alkaline balance in the body. In a cross-sectional study involving 210 elderly individuals, optimal magnesium intake was associated with lipid metabolism and lean body mass. Magnesium is necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, amino acids and fats, as well as energy production and the utilization of calcium, phosphorus, sodium, and potassium. In a 15-year study involving almost 5,000 young adults, higher intakes of magnesium were associated with healthy cardiovascular function and carbohydrate utilization. Another large cross-sectional study found that magnesium intake was positively associated with bone mineral density in certain subgroups. This vital mineral also helps utilize some vitamins, including vitamin B6, vitamin C, and vitamin E.

  • A: You can check the expiry date on the back of the bottle. Magnesium Glycinate melting point is 1202°F. This product is safe to use even if delivered in warmer weather climates or if the product is warm upon receipt. Additionally, it is safe to use even if exposed to freezing temperatures for a short period of time.

Buyer beware - they never ship your order!!!

Do not buy from this seller. I was told my order had been shipped, but the tracking never updated and the item was never actually sent. When I requested a cancellation, it was ignored. I was given false information and had to repeatedly contact customer service for answers. After days of waiting, I still have no product and no proper resolution. Completely unacceptable experience and a waste of time.

I honestly don’t know if this is helping me or not at this point but I’m giving it a positive review for value and being the real deal. My husband is taking it for leg cramps, and it does help him! I am taking a bunch of supplements as I am breastfeeding and trying to stay healthy. I am taking magnesium in the evening to calm my mind, but I know there are many other benefits.

Greatly improved sleep

Excellent for involuntary body movements like twitching and kicking during sleep. After a week or so I noticed a huge difference. I would Flinch and flick and kick all night long and it is probably 90% improved. I take right before bedtime for several months. Best to be consistent for good results.

Magnesium glycinate is supposed to be easier on the stomach and help with sleep problems. So far so good. This ships from the same place as it would of you ordered from the company, which is nice. The company gives you free shipping no matter how much you order, though. So . . . it just depends on what you need.
