These don’t do a darn thing. As someone who suffers with food sensitivity causing constipation (IBS+C), these did nothing for bloating or using the restroom. Way too expensive for the lack of results- HUM is way better for IBS sufferers, and even Gas-X does a better job at relieving bloating. These are just a probiotic which you can get for much cheaper $$ with nearly any other brand. Very disappointed as all the reviews said great things- to each their own, but I won’t be repurchasing.

Took 2 of these gummies in the morning and my stomach hurt ALL DAY. Seriously my stomach is so uncomfortable and it has to be from the gummies. Maybe it works for some people but beware it may not work for you!
