These don’t do a darn thing. As someone who suffers with food sensitivity causing constipation (IBS+C), these did nothing for bloating or using the restroom. Way too expensive for the lack of results- HUM is way better for IBS sufferers, and even Gas-X does a better job at relieving bloating. These are just a probiotic which you can get for much cheaper $$ with nearly any other brand. Very disappointed as all the reviews said great things- to each their own, but I won’t be repurchasing.
