I was honestly not expecting these to decrease my bloating because I have tried so many supplements before that never worked. After taking these for about 1-2 weeks I have noticed an improvement in my digestion and my bloating is not as noticeable anymore. These are definitely worth the money!!

i bought this to help my bloating and it only made it worse. not only did it do nothing but it made my bloat last for TWO WEEKS. i couldn't figure out what was going on. my stomach hurt very badly and i had high bloat by my ribs which i had previously never experienced. I gained visible weight from using these for just a week. i am still trying to fix the long term effects of the short time that i used this product. WASTE OF MONEY!!

Day 1 & 2 of taking these gummies was great. They taste good and I felt like I was less bloated. Day 3, 4, 5 + I thought something was wrong with me, I almost went to the doctor. Severe bloating, gas pain, diarrhea, wearing pants hurt my stomach, eating gave me awful gas and I felt like I was going to throw up.. it was awful! I wouldn’t recommend these but if you do take them and your stomach starts to hurt, stop immediately as it can’t be good for you!
