I honestly love these gummies. I’m not sure if it is these, a new sea moss gel I’ve tried, or both - but I have been going to the bathroom more frequently and I love it! I tried these and was very hopeful for the outcome as there are many great reviews HOWEVER these gave me SOO much gas! And the absolute worst stomach pains and BLOAT. I haven’t noticed a difference in bowel movements either, I don’t recommend.

They’re not enough on their own if you really need to get things moving, but still a nice addition to the supplement regime (and they taste really yummy). 4g soluble fibre/2 gummies is a good ratio. With the great taste, it’s hard not to take more, but a good reminder to yourself that your fibre intake should come from whole foods, too. Maybe Lemme could make a gummy with both soluble and insoluble fibre? Bonus points for the gut
