Great addition

I've tried a few fiber supplements, and these are by far the easiest to stick with. They taste good, don't have a weird texture, and help me stay regular. Definitely worth trying if you don't get enough fiber in your diet.

Great GLP-1 support

These are definitely a great additive to help support my digestive system. On my the zepbound journey. As someone who has had issues with constipation, adding these gummies can definitely help support that function.

Works like a charm!

I have really bad constipation and have my entire life. I started Wegovy and that obviously did not help. My first round doing wegovy I didn’t use anything and I felt awful and bloated. I knew I had to do something the second round, randomly found these when I was shopping and just decided to try and them and I swear within 2 days of eating one in the morning and one at night (also tasty) and I am SO REGULAR! EVEN on the wegovy! Highly highly recommend at least trying!

Safety seals is always broken!!!

I was in the store today trying to buy this supplement and there were 4 on the shelf. 2 bottles I bought in the past, the safety seal was broken. So I opened all 4 bottles and the safety seal was broken or missing. This has been an ongoing issue that has been ignored time and time again. The other supplements have been good. I bought the lemme glow and I opened it and the safety seal was in tact. It seems to be only an issue with the fiber. So frustrating.

These work!

I’m already regular so I love these gummies to up my fiber intake as I’ve increased my protein consumption. I was out of these for about 3 days and I just felt heavier without them. The thing about these gummies in particular is that you don’t think they work but you completely notice a difference when you’re not on them. I feel like these help keep my waistline a bit more trim. I will absolutely keep these in rotation for now on.

Part of my routine

I was weary about fiber gummies because how well can they be?.....I was proven wrong because I’ve been on the lemme fiber gummies for a month and have started to have regular bowl movement. Always had issues but this has been a yummy and easy way to help my gut. It was easy to right away subscribe so it’s an easy delivery process and I don’t have to think about it. Side note: I’m also trying Lemmes Purr gummies! I’ll leave a review for that one too!
