A: Yeah - it is very misleading. It is just the same thing at the similar 90 pack of 5 mg melatonin with a different label.

They work BUT you MUST BRUSH YOUR TEETH afterwards!!! I bought these to give a pinch of one to my kids while were going through a difficult family change. They gave my my kiddo such bad cavities they needed a total of 3 crowns! Ack! I never ate them myself and didn’t realize how gummy and sticky they are unlike other ones I’d eaten. And yes- we should have brushed after eating them but we were in our bedtime groove.

Idk how anyone is saying these don't work because my gosh do they knock me out. The jar recommends 2 gummies which equals 10mg so I did just that the first time I tried these and I was fighting so hard to keep my eyes open while on my phone waiting for these to kick in. After eating these for a few nights, I had realized I was getting nightmares and couldn't pinpoint why until my friend asked me if I was taking melatonin because it always gave her nightmares. Looked it up and found out that taking melatonin puts you in such a deep sleep that your body isn't used to so your dreams become more vivid which often results in nightmares. Now when I take these I only take 2.5mg (yes I only bite half of one gummy). **TLDR: My advice to anyone trying these is to start with 1 gummy and make sure you're actually laying in bed with your lights off and eyes closed. If you are up or not making the effort to actually fall asleep then there's a good chance it won't work. Also I believe the nightmares go away if you take these regularly but I don't so I can't confirm.

This kicks in after 2hrs. The directions say to take it 20 to 30 min prior to bed time but it only makes me feel relaxed but not enough to fall asleep for a while. I couldn't find a particular melatonin gummy at the store so this will have to do.

Did not work at all. I got them because my doctor recommended them to me. I took them and I kid you not I was wide awake still 2 hours later, panicking because they weren’t working. They barely made me sleepy at all. The next morning I felt groggy and nauseous.

This is just basically an expensive gummy snack because the only thing that’s good about it is the flavor. They’re weak and ineffective, I wake up in the middle of the night and this is after I take 4 to sleep. Waste of money and I don’t know what all the good reviews are about, don’t recommend if you genuinely have trouble sleeping at night. 👎

What a scam. The 10 mg gummies are actually 5 mg and the instructions say to take to. Save your money and get the 5mg ones.

I've been buying the 5mg for a few years now and take them every night. I recently bought a new bottle and the taste was horrible. Chemical tasting but supposed to be all natural. Thinking it was a bad batch I returned it and purchased another one but same problem. Please go back to original flavor or I'll need to search for a new brand.

When I first bought a container of them, I used to love the taste of them. And then recently I got a second a container and they taste really bitter, and nasty. The taste stays in my mouth and I don’t know if you guys changed the ingredients or maybe you guys mixed up something.
