Too effective
I cannot take these in any of their mg. They make me so sleepy and still feel the effects the following day. I tried taking it at different times thinking maybe the earlier I take 1 gummy the more time I have for the effects to wear off and it doesn’t make a difference. I’ve taken other melatonin brands and the effects wear off by the time I wake up. But these last about a whole 24 hours for me. I’m not a coffee drinker and I’ve had to drink coffee on two occasions because I could not shake the effects of being overly sleepy the following day. I could not function. My husband takes the 5mg and he doesn’t experience the same effects as me. They taste great and I would say they are definitely effective but too effective for me.

May be tasty but they do not work.
Gummy was tasty . That’s it. Did not work as Olly sleep aid does . Silly me for trying something different. DO NOT waste your money on these . You will be up all night sitting in the dark regretting your purchase.

i was a little reluctant to try melatonin due to the fact that i didn’t want to feel drowsy in the morning but these actually do the complete opposite. I feel great in the morning when i take this melatonin and it helps me sleep all the way through the night. the taste is great too which is a plus!

the absolute best
these are the best melatonin gummies and trust me when I say ive tried them all. they dont leave me drowsy the next day and I'm usually asleep within 15 minutes of taking them.

Something Changed
These used to taste great. I have been using them for years off and on. My most recent bottle tastes awful. They stick to your teeth. This is a different product. I have to switch to another brand now. Disappointed

Helps with sleep, BUT causes headaches.
They work and help you fall asleep. But, they give you headaches and you feel groggy the next day. And, I only took 5mg=1 gummy. Once I realized that every time I took these, I woke up with a headache, I stopped. Haven’t had a headache since.

Cramps, nausea, & nightmares
I won’t lie, the gummies are yummy & effective after probably an hour, BUT I do have to add that they give me really bad cramps & nausea after taking the 2 gummies. Aside from that, I’ve also noticed it does cause nightmares some nights. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying these anymore.

Worst worst decision I’ve made.
I just bought the 10mg gummies this past Sunday, takes forever to fall asleep. It’s Diane keep me asleep and I don’t wake up refreshed. It does the complete opposite for me.disappointed

It's very misleading as in fine print it says one serving is two gummies even though in large print on the label it clearly says 10mg. Because of that I wouldn't trust them.

Each gummy is 5mg, not 10mg (notice it says "per serving" in small print). So you get 90 x 5mg gummies.

Gave me nightmares
It gave me nightmares every time I took it. I have taken melatonin several times before, and I wanted to switch brands. After using this, I will continue with the melatonin I was taking.
