Excellent gummies, not too soft
I've always struggled getting to sleep so I've been using melatonin for 20 years and found gummies are the best option and work fast. These are a really nice option. I'm going to be honest, I usually purchase a different brand. Every time I try store or generic, they tend to be too soft and I have an issue with squishy texture if it's soft. These are actually firm but easy to chew. I feel like these are a safe option for me and they work very well plus they taste delicious! I take 1 or half of 1 about 20 minutes before I lay down and once I lay down I fall asleep in 2-15 minutes so they are very effective. My new favorite, I'm only buying these.

They taste good and they really work. I’ve always been sceptical about melatonin gummies but I take two at night maybe half an hour or an hour before I want to fall asleep and I always get super drowsy like I’ve taken Nightquil or Benadryl right at about 30-60 minutes after using it. Now the question of if these are safe? I’m no doctor so I won’t say, but definitely use these as recommended and talk to your primary care physician before making any changes to what medicine youre consuming. I’ve really liked using these and will probably buy them again. They’re also cost efficient compared to other brands at Target

I’ve been using these Melatonin Gummies for about 3 months now, I really like them! I usually take 2 gummies about 30 minutes before I’m ready to fall asleep and this dosage and timing works well for me. Ive been sleeping fully through the night, and when I do wake up I can fall back asleep easily compared to when I don’t take melatonin. The gummies also taste so good!! I have no complaints and will continue to purchase.

After using this at the dosage according to the label - 2 gummies per night, 10 mg - I was waking up with migraines. After more research I learned that 10 mg is the very highest recommended dose, and at this dose often causes side effects like nightmares, headaches, nausea, and all day tiredness. Medical recommendations are to take 1-3mg at the most. The dosing on this label is unethical and fueled by corporate greed, regardless of the outcome for people taking it.

Please bring back the old blackberry ones
These have a taste so awful I can’t even stomach them. The blackberry ones were absolutely delicious. These don’t seem to work as well either, my fiancé and I thought we had found the holy grail in the old ones - no palpitations that melatonin can cause, no extra ingredients or nasty taste. These don’t keep him asleep through out the night. We will be finding another brand unfortunately.

Good product, bad packaging
These work really well. I was nervous after they discontinued the other ones they sell but I was pleasantly surprised by these. The taste is good and they work well. The minus one star is because the packaging is ridiculous… there is so much room that there is no need for such a large square container. It makes it hard to take anywhere and takes up so much room on my nightstand. It is more pricey than the old ones.
