OLLY 3mg Melatonin Sleep Gummies - Blackberry Zen

My 15 year old struggles to fall asleep so we decided to try these. It usually takes her 90 minutes to setting down to sleep with support (has anxiety and an autoimmune disorder that impact sleep). She took 1 gummy and within 30 minutes was ready to fall asleep. But, she woke up within 10- 20 minutes upset and out of sorts. We tried it for several nights but with the same results. She fell asleep initially, but didn't stay asleep and woke up 3-4x night out of sorts. She woke up okay in the morning- no melatonin hangover or other symptoms. We will not be using this anymore. I was hopeful but it did not work for her.

I’m sensitive and melatonin gummies tend to work really quickly for me, like within 5-10 minutes I’ll start feeling sleepy and heavy. These do the same, but I’ve noticed consistently when I take them that I get bad dreams. Not full blown terrifying nightmares, but as enough that I’m giving the rest away to someone else. I know it was these causing the dreams because it happens every night when I take them before bed, even if I don’t take them consistently. These taste great, but not in a high sugar way that makes me want to gobble the rest down. Going back to my other brand of melatonin gummies.

These knock me out.. Accidentally overdosed myself the first time and could barely stay awake the next day. But with just one or 2, I fall asleep very peacefully without an aggressive crash the way something like zzquill would. Ive bought these a handful of times now. They also taste really good and don’t have an icky mushy texture like some do

Olly sleep is good for the occasional restless night. It isn’t something I use regularly but occasionally. I like the taste and it is very effective.

10/10 cannot sleep without these. Olly sleep was recommended to me by my psychiatric nurse practitioner to help with my sleep, and I am forever grateful! I now recommend to everyone I know, and they are all hooked too! They taste great, are effective in helping quiet my mind and allow me to fall asleep, and the variety of melatonin strengths allows me to have the right amount without feeling groggy the next morning.

I’ve been taking this since I travel to Italy for a wedding and they were in the goodie bags for fighting jet lag! It did wonders and felt like the first trip where I had no troubles adjusting to time zone. Now I take it occasionally if I find myself dealing with insomnia. The taste is actually very yummy. Since I’m sensitive to melatonin I only take half!

My favorite melatonin sleep aid. The taste is great and makes taking melatonin more enjoyable. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because the price point is higher compared to its competitors and the packaging can be bulky.

Love the old formula, hate the new one! I bought a bag of 60 recently and they are so different than the previous ones that I just finished. The new ones do not taste or feel like a gummy. The product is amazing and my sleep is immensely improved with the product, but the taste and texture of the new ones is not appealing at all. I want my old ones back!

I have trouble falling asleep so I took these. I slept through the night but also had nightmares. They left me waking up hyperventilating and with chest pains. I’m scared to take them again

I have tried different brands and forms of melatonin I have to say that Olly is the best I've found..so far. They are easy to chew, doesn't taste bad and they work quickly. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My husband swears by these. He often has a hard time falling asleep and these knock him out and actually help keep him asleep. They also help with restless leg which was big for me because I get that at night. They’re a little pricey but I feel worth it.

This has a great taste, but I definitely had higher expectations for how this would make me feel. Granted, I only take 1 of 2 recommended gummies, so it may be worth trying to take the recommended dose. I don’t feel much different after one.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience since I rely on reviews often when making purchases. You see it all - the good and the bad so I’d like to keep it real and provide context. I used to struggle with severe insomnia and have tried a lot of sleep aids and melatonin brands. Some have caused weird side effects, but with this brand, I’ve had no issues. It helps me relax and fall asleep naturally, and I wake up feeling rested - not groggy or tired. I’ve purchased these twice now and would recommend it to anyone, whether you have serious sleep issues or just need something for those occasional sleepless nights. It really works!

I read the reviews about how they changed the formula so immediately returned. Why mess with a good thing?

I've been using these for years, but I've recently been starting to lean more towards the Goli. I preferred the Goli because they were denser and they tasted sweeter per se, or more like candy neutral... more like a candy gummy. Anyways, it meant I didn’t have to chew as much, I could take a couple of chomps, swallow, and be done with it. It felt just like eating a quick gummy candy. With the Olly's, I felt like I was chewing forever when I would take these and the flavor at first I somewhat liked, but after a while, they just started to taste like chemicals. I felt like taking these had become a chore and then would need some water afterwards to wash these down as opposed to the Goli's which I could quick chew, swallow, forget it, and at the same time satisfy a kind of candy treat appetite. I'm likin this new formula a whole lot more now. They feel, taste, and administer just like the Goli's now. A couple of quick chews, pleasant tasting, and I feel like I don’t have to prepare taking these with water. I like this new formula; I hope they don't go back. But if they do, I’ll just probably stick with Goli. Nothing wrong if you like the old formula but after having the Goli, I wouldn’t go back. Olly’s are a lot easier to find so it was unfortunate after I had changed my mind on these but now I can see myself staying put.

Literally spat out my extra strength melatonin tonight. I honestly thought it was spoiled. Checked the ingredient list from my last bottle, yep, changed for the worse. Why? Literally why? You have had the best product on the market for YEARS. And my entire family have been loyal customers for years, and gladly paid the higher prices for a premium product. But I cannot stomach this new flavor and texture. Just tastes like all the other cheap chemical crap out there.

ok so it does help make you sleep and stay asleep since i have trouble going to bed since i like going on my phone this helps me feel drowsy. but i started to rely on this for a month and do not take this almost every night like me! i would say use it like twice per week or a few times per week but don’t do the same mistake as me because it gave me diarrhea and stomach problems. so im going to stop taking it and give it a break and i don’t think i will buy melatonin again
