It's hard to find melatonin marketed for adults that is less than 3mg. This product works effectively and I highly recommend it. Just remember to brush your teeth afterwards.

Chose these since they were available for pickup at my local store, and saw the average rating of over 4 stars, so I bought them. I feel terrible for not reading the reviews first. These gave my 4 year old awful nightmares!!! She would fall asleep quickly, sleep for about an hour or two and then wake up crying, yelling, kicking… would fall back asleep and then do the same thing several more times during the night.

Works like a charm for our child with trauma and ADHD. Helps him rest at bedtime & feel peaceful when it’s time for bed. I have also used them when I have bad period cramps and need to sleep.

My kids (13 and 10) like the flavor, better than the generic Target brand I previously bought. My 10 year old gets some weird dreams on these, but if he is struggling to fall asleep he thinks the weird dreams are worth it. I love these for myself—I fall asleep easily and have no weird dreams. I’m yucked out by a lot of gummy flavors but this one is fine.

Kids hated the taste of these and refused to eat them.

These help my kids sleep more than anything else on the market

I am an adult and was experiencing bad nightmares nightly from other brands. Despite changing doses and brands, this is the only melatonin brand and dose that puts me to sleep within 30 minutes and I wake up refreshed and not groggy. The gummies have an odd taste but that hasn’t stopped me from taking them nightly. What a relief!

The Natrol gummies help my kids sleep. They like them so much that they will sometimes ask for a sleep gummy so they get a good night sleep. I have tried several different ones and my kids like these the best.

My 3 year old will knock out fast and wake up in the middle of the night and stay up for hours — almost like a burst of energy after knocking out for 3/4 hrs. Switching brands.. these also caused night mares for him.

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!! This product gave my child terrifying night terrors. He woke up hyperventilating. We almost had to rush to the hospital. I didn’t attribute it to the melatonin until I read other reviewers. As soon as I stopped giving my child this product, the horrific nightmares stopped! My child was literally terrified for his life with these nightmares. These are NOT high quality tested products!! Keep your children safe and keep them away from this brand. Pure and Thorne offer better options.

I was told to find gummies that I thought my son would eat, since his rigidity from autism makes food and Taking medicine or even vitamins a huge challenge fir him. So when the drs said try melatonin, I found these. Well, we started with 1 mg. That did nothing at all. He was awake until 11:45 pm. His bedtime is 7. Not good at all. Then we tried 2 mg. He was restless and up until nearly 1 am. So then I figured he just isn't getting enough. Nope. The 3 mg was horrific. He was rolling around, kicking his legs, telling me he couldn't get comfy, and was exhausted and still they did notjing to help. I know that these products are not approved by the fda, so none of us have any idea exactly what is in these products or how much is in each because there's absolutely zero regulation. I will not be using these products again in my child.

My daughter hated these, she’s used to a different brand. Too sticky and melts easily in the heat.
