The container says there is 50 in there but definitely not! I also opened it and they were just clumped together, I hope target lets me return it and get my money back. It looks like they were melted and so does the plastic and we brought them home in an air conditioned car and air conditioned house so it wasn’t on our end.

I use these myself because I find that the lower dose melatonin works better for me and it's quite difficult to find nowadays. This is far pricier than the simple chewable tablets I used to buy at trader Joe's but they don't make them anymore. Still, they're effective tasty and fast-acting. I would recommend it for adults who prefer a lower dose.

Good For Kids with Sleep Onset Difficulties
Fiat off, I love that these gummies come in 0.5mg. I have read that larger doses of melatonin can actually cause kids to feel restless, and I was glad to not have to cut anything into pieces to get a lower dose. These work pretty well. My 11 year-old son has ADHD, and he has been taking melatonin (with the okay of his doctor) for years. We, previously, used Good Day chocolates, but the flavor changed and he no longer would take them. He’s pretty picky when it comes to gummies, and he is more than willing to take these. If he takes them about 30 minutes before bed, they help him feel sleepy and drift off easier. He has sleep onset problems due to ADHD, and these definitely have been a good addition to his sleep routine and make it easier for him to fall asleep at night.

Love these for my grandkids!
I have 2 very hyper grandkids. They sleep over during breaks from school. I don’t give them these gummies every time, only on occasion. Its been a routine now if they are reatless after a very active day outside and it works like a dream so I can catch some zzzz’s too! Just one gummy is enough!

My daughter experienced: Extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) which are generally considered a medical emergency when they involve acute, severe, or life-threatening reactions to medication. In this product it was most likely the L-Theanine. We will not be using it again. This was scary! Imagine, a small child might not be able to let someone know. If your child becomes restless or jerking their arms and legs, even subtley, it's most likely EPS symptoms.
