Good in a pinch.
Helpful at first until my body got used to it but it still works just not long term! Still use it on vacation cuz there so easy to grab and go. And not a bad texture either!

Give Olly Sleep Gummy’s a Try
Works for me. Two gummy’s about 30 minutes before bed has lead to back to back nights of 8+ hours of sleep. Before discovering Olly Sleep I only managed 4 hours or less of sleeper night.

Not for me....bad dreams
I wanted these to work but alas....they did not. I had horrible dreams the whole night after taking just 1. I was waking, what felt like, all night. This could be a me thing. Melatonin tends to do this with me, but not all for some reason.

Great taste. And really works
Olly is my to go brand. This product has helped me in so many positive ways in my daily life. I highly recommend this product to anyone who's having trouble sleeping or trouble keeping yourself asleep during the night. This product has been a lifesaver for me. I love that when I wake up I don't feel drowsy or kind of a hangover in a way. I always wake up feeling energetic new and ready to go.

Was better before the recipe and texture change
These used to be my favorite, but they've changed the recipe and the texture. I will say I notice a difference in my quality of sleep since the change. Im very disappointed. My second favorite thing about this product was the texture and taste. Very bummed out and I hope enough people speak up so that you'll chabge everything back to the way it was.

I’ve been using Olly Extra Strength Sleep gummies on nights when I struggle to wind down, and they work really well. Within about 30 minutes I feel more relaxed and ready for bed, and I stay asleep through the night without feeling groggy the next morning. The blackberry flavor is tasty, and the texture is soft and chewy. The packaging is compact and easy to store, and I think the price is fair for the effectiveness. Definitely a helpful option for anyone needing extra support with sleep.

It’s fine
I stopped using these. For short time use, it works really really well. But after about a week or so of taking them, I stopped noticing the effects. Obvi you’re not supposed to be reliant on melatonin, but your body does get use to it.
