Bathroom trips regular,not constipated.....although once month stomache pain but tolerable.....periods ended at age of 53....is stomache pain once month due to not having periods?? Or because gummies just sit there in my stomache,??? Wondering??? Is there some other way to take besides pills hard for me to swallow or powder form??? Or will that lower the efficacy of the potency ingredients??? But otherwise pleased.thsnk you

Good but Bad
These gummies are delicious, but too bad they didn’t work for me. After taking I was extremely gassy (rotten egg smell) after eating and my stomach got really bloated and hard. It looked like I gained 5 pounds around my midsection. I have two unopened bottles I will not use!

Olly is a widely known brand and while most of their products are good.. this one was not so much. I tried these out for a month to help me with BM’s and there wasn’t much of a difference. Plus these gummies are difficult to chew (too tough) the flavor is OK. I thought they would be similar to peach rings but they’re not that flavorful.

I used 3 bottles for about 6 months. Unfortunately, they didn't help my "waste management". I actually got more constipated than before I take them. They do taste good thou!

Takes a while to see results
Really liked the flavor and ease of access to these in my grocery store. Soft with large sugar granules but melts fairly quickly. The packaging is soft to touch with no hard edges. The dosage is low enough that it doesn’t cause any immediate changes in bowels or stomach issues. You have to use for several weeks before you start to notice any changes. But if you leave them in cabinet too long they do start to harden. Best use by expiration dates listed.

I used to get infections easily, I have went to multiple doctors over this problem and one day I’m scrolling and see this product it made me laugh at the name and I said ima try it and see how happy my hoo ha will be… I haven’t had an infection since. This is gold. 10/10 this stuff actually works and you can tell after 1st/2nd dose promise you that!!!!!!

tasted good, but oh my god these ruined my stomach. i started these april 3rd, and on the 6th i was the most constipated i had ever been. i know it's nothing i ate because i eat healthy and a lot of fiber, so i know by process of elimination it was these.
