Use at your own risk
I take the normal Align probiotics with no problem so I thought it would be the same with these. Nope. As soon as I started taking them I began suffering from severe gas, bloating and stomach cramps. I’m now very constipated and in a lot of pain. I had flare up of seborrheic dermatitis, then folliculitis on my arms and back and then an infection. All the reviews on here are great but if you check Amazon you’ll see that the same thing that happened to me, happened to others. It’s not for everyone.

Great purchase / effective!
I’ve bought these on and off for years now and seem to be living my best when I take these. I suffer from severe stomachaches (enough to affect my daily life), among other things. These probiotics keep my health “aligned” with keeping up with life! Love them, and glad I found them! Definitely recommend! Might not work for everyone but it’s worth a try! I have no cons, and these can be taken long term!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have been taking probiotics/probiotics for a few months now. Well really caught my attention about these particular ones are that Decatur to woman’s health in general. Women’s feminine health to be exact. This probiotic not only helps with your overall gut health but helps with women’s health in general. This is very important because it’s one less pill or thing I have to take because it’s a two and one I definitely am loving them and I have no complaints and been taking them for a few weeks now I don’t review any type of medication especially that I haven’t take for more than a few weeks or months no negative side effects and everything is flowing as it should and smelling good as well lol. Love how my bloating and inflammation in my stomach has gone down significantly it’s great to wake up and not look like I just had my daughter again lol.

This just gives me a little comfort knowing I'm taking extra care of my insides. This are easy to swallow and no effect. I love taking one pill a day. I take them after lunch with a large glass of water. This just give me a piece of mind that I'm taking care of myself in a healthy way. This duo set is something I will add from now on in my daily vitamin.

Not sure I noticed a difference.

I tried this for three weeks, however during this time I was going a lot of unroutine things such as traveling so perhaps this has an effect. I didn't notice much of a difference in my overall feeling or my bathroom use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking this about a month ago and I'm really happy that I did. It worked well to improve gut health and was easy to take daily. The capsule was easy to swallow and when I remembered to take it, I think it helped. I'm not sure what the feminine health benefits were, but the probiotic part worked great for stomach and gut health.
