This is the limit to declare a product "gluten-free" on the label. Have you ever woke up bloated and didn’t know what to do in this item is perfect for you. The Olliy beat. The bloat is amazing. There’s no smell to it. There’s no taste. You pop one either before bed or first thing in the morning and all that boat will go away. I also like it cause it help me stay regular so thank you Olliy for an amazing product.

I purchased this product last night February 20. I took one pill in the evening along with the super gut probiotic fiber that I mixed with my tea. I passed a lot of gas over the evening and night. The next morning I took another pill and added the super gut to my coffee mind you it was only 1 teaspoon of the super gut fiber mix both times. After a couple hours, I had a couple bowel movements and after that it’s really clearing out.. I am a person who suffers from chronic constipation so this is actually helping me. I will post another review later if things change so far I like that it’s clearing me out because I felt like I was backed up for at least more than a week I hope it continues to work and I will be lowering my dosage to one pill per day in the evening.

I loveee these! I take them the night before or morning of when I’m feeling a little bit bloated or want to curb the bloat later! Packaging was a little tricky to open but stayed sealed so I could easily toss the bottle in my bag for travel! A little pricey but worth it!

Great for water weight bloat
So I take this when I feel bloated with extra water weight around that time of the month; it really helps with that feeling quickly. When I feel bloated from over eating it helps a bit but somedays they work better than others. They are easy to take and the packaging is the perfect size to throw in a purse or in the console of a car to have it on the go !

I tried these some days ago and ever since then my stomach hasn’t been the same. It’s been aching, and it’s kinda hard to use the bathroom. I haven’t changed anything with my diet until these. They might work for some people but beware this may be a side effect :(

It’s not going to give the effectiveness of workout per se, but it definitely helps me daily with controlling every day bloat. I have been using Beat The Bloat capsules for several months and I am very happy with their effectiveness. However, I recently purchased another container of the capsules and found them to be of a different color than the ones I have been taking for the past several months. The new capsules are brown and the others were white. Since no mention of this change is noted on the container, I am concerned about taking them. This stuff does work once you have been using it for a week. I recommend using it during the summer. With the heatwave while taking one of the capsules. Everything goes down and you have been using the bathroom for about an hour.
