I would like my money back. This made me so sick. I vomit so much that I got fat eye.
A terrible product I vomit so much that I got petite eye and I had to go to work the next day. People thought somebody beat me up as if that would happen I go to work. I go to the store and I go home. I don’t have anything else going on in my life. I work at the senior center I am a senior citizen

It's fine! I was looking to give another brand a shot (I'm a Hum Flatter Me fan) and I liked that this blend also focused on water retention. Gotta say it doesn't work as well as Flatter Me imo. Also didn't keep me regular like Flatter Me did. But all in all it's solid! Good backup.

When i first started taking them two a day , they worked wonderfully but for some reason after continuing to take them it had no effect instead it made me not be able to use the bathroom for days :( cries

Works for me so it's worth a shot
I've been using this product for years off and on. It absolutely works for me! I'll take a couple capsules right before bed the night before I need to look skinny (ex:beach day / tight dress). It usually always does the trick! I tend to retain water and have a sensitivity to both gluten and dairy so it's perfect for me. I will warn you that if you are retaining water and take it before bed your bladder will wake you up a couple times throughout the night. I guess that's the price to pay unless you want to take it during the day in which I do sometimes. Anyways the point I'm getting at is that it works for me but everybody is different so I say give it a try.

I've been using for maybe at least a week and would bloat regardless of what I eat like veggies , fruit, water lol exercise . Sontaken these it keeps me regular which is major for me and I don't feel like I'm carrying a lot of retention weight. Sometimes I hustle take one a day if I'm not so bloated but when I had bigger meals or really going some where milk take no more then 2 and it last the whole entire day even if I eat after I have taken it
