Tylenol Cold + Flu Severe Day/Night Caplets offer comprehensive relief for cold and flu symptoms. The Daytime caplets are designed to alleviate symptoms such as headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, and cough, while loosening phlegm and reducing fever. The Nighttime caplets provide relief from runny nose, sneezing, cough, nasal and sinus congestion, along with fever reduction. This convenient combo pack contains 24 caplets—16 Daytime and 8 Nighttime caplets—each containing 325 mg of acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer. Additionally, they include phenylephrine HCl (5 mg) for nasal decongestion, dextromethorphan HBr (10 mg) for cough suppression, guaifenesin (200 mg) in the Daytime caplets to loosen phlegm, and chlorpheniramine maleate (2 mg) in the Nighttime caplets as an antihistamine.

I take this when I start feeling symptoms of a cold. I use it to help relieve a cough. It is also a nasal decongestant and fever reducer. It has a. Warming honey lemon flavor. I just fill the dosage cup and take it as directed. It works good for me.

This is easy to take and I love that it has separate packaging for morning pills vs night pills. This works quickly and lasts long, helping to reduce all cold and allergy symptoms. I felt much better after using this for 3 days.

Honestly didn’t work at all for a severe cold and congestion. Would stick to DayQuil. The night time dosage made me feel better but the day didn’t do anything.

I like the ease of taking these for cold & flu symptoms because I hate the taste of cough syrup. Super easy to take with on the go during cold season. They do make me feel a little out of it though when I take them

My boyfriend was sick recently and he needed something to take so he could stay awake during the day. This was on the shelf with a couple other competitors, and I felt like we should try it because Tylenol is known for its pain relief. He used this while he was sick and he said it helped him to feel better. He still sniffled, but with all the different viruses going around can you really blame the products right now? Overall, this was a good product to use. It helped to reduce his fever and he seemed a little bit more pleasant.
