Works like the name brand at a better price point. Didn’t really notice a difference in efficacy. The only caveat is that these capsules are quite a bit larger and can be difficult to swallow, even for those used to swallowing pills and vitamins. In fact, the capsules are nearly twice the size of the "actual size" image featured on the box. If you have any difficulty swallowing, skip these. They’re a choking hazard.

I appreciate the combo of day and night pills, makes it convenient. These pills contain the same active ingredients as their name brand counterparts do, and for half the price! Seems like a no brainer, unless you like wasting money on a brand name. When you’re sick, you don’t really care what you take as long as it helps make you feel better, and these help. They’re larger pills so if you have issues with that, be aware.

This works well but the ingredients contain dyes for the colors that are harmful. In fact, I couldn't find other brands that also didn't contain dyes. There is more and more research that dyes and additives are really bad for us, especially women. I wish these companies would find better ingredients. The pills don't even need a color.

I have a severe allergy to gluten, so the Target brand of OTC medicines has always been my go-to brand when I had a cold or headache. But the recent reformulation of all of these medications is no longer labeled "gluten free". This caught me totally by surprise. Luckily, I found that Amazon Basics OTC medicines *are* labeled "gluten free". I am very disappointed that Target made this change to their medicines.

The ingredients in these are the same as the name brand, so there is no issue there. The issue is that they are completely misleading with the "Actual Size" shown on the box, as they are MUCH bigger thank shown. I bought these for someone who has trouble taking pills, since they look so much smaller than the name brand by looking at the box. Even for those that do not have trouble taking pills in general, the name brand are difficult for some people to swallow if they have a super sore throat. So I thought these would be wonderful but they are not smaller at all, and are much larger than shown on the box. Super disapppoionting.
