For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Take every 3 hours until symptoms are gone.Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older:
Take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms. Dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole. Repeat every 3 hours until symptoms are gone. To avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids.Children Under 12 Years of Age:

I bought this on a whim when coming after a day of sore throat. What I didn't realize is that these don't have enough zinc to be effective late in the game! They taste a lot better than the zinc losenges I bought from Nature's Way but they cost 2-3 times more and half only 1/2 as much zinc! Quite honestly, when I took a pure zinc supplement every day during winter as a prentative, I never got sick. I stopped because of stomach upset but as I age, that seems to be the best way to go!

At first.. I thought these tasted like orange sherbet.. then I got down to the last bit and it was instant nausea accompanied by a horrible aftertaste that lasted the ENTIRE day. Straight into the garbage these go, the swabs or spray are definitely my preference which I should’ve stuck with. 🤢

I have told quite a few of the fact that the day after Thanksgiving I started taking Zicam on 11/24/2023...worked great at reducing the cold my grands passed on to me. Problem is in the last two days, all tastes bland and off. Not liking the loss of taste at all...not worth it.

I have been taking zicam for years to shorten my colds. You have to make sure that you take it at the very first sign of a cold. Everyone is different. For me, a cold usually begins with a little scratch in my throat. I make sure to take the zicam as soon as I start feeling a little off. I keep these in my purse so that I always have them on hand. I have not had an ugly cold lasting for days or weeks in about 5+ years. I swear by this stuff! People think I'm crazy, but it works! You must continue to take them every 2 hours until symptoms are totally gone! Just stick with it and I promise you will be sick at max 3 days. By day 2, you'll see a difference you'll be so glad you took zicam early! Also, drink plenty of water!

I have taken this in the past and it truly works! Just make sure you don't eat or drink anything 15 minutes after taking this and don't eat anything citrus 30 minutes before. Those directions are a small price to pay for the results! This stuff works and it took it before a cold and I had very minimal symptoms. I am assumed covid positive now and started taking this as soon as I felt a tickle in my throat and aches!! This stuff works it eliminates your symptoms when taken correctly! Run don't walk to get this stuff!
