This Stuff Is A True Game Changer!
I love Zicam! About twenty years ago, I used Zicam Nasal Spray to treat a cold that I felt coming on right at Christmastime. My Mom and Dad and I had been invited to my cousin's house for Christmas, and I did not want to spend Christmas Day with a rotten cold. This product really came through for me. I followed the directions on the package, and before long, I could feel a definite improvement. My cold only lasted three days! By Christmas Day, my cold was completely gone! I could enjoy Christmas Day with family, and it felt great not having to worry about that yucky cold, anymore!

Not for me!
I have chronic sinusitis. This didn’t work for me at all. In fact, the ingredients in this irritated my sinuses like they were burning and actually made me more decongested to the point where I couldn’t breathe from my nose at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t really think this cleared up my cold any faster than normal. I had never tried it before but the ingredients seem like they can’t hurt. Easy to use and I did feel like the nasal spray cleared my nose/sinuses for a bit, but not for long.

Product is great, packaging and plastic wrap suck I had to ruin the container just to open it for use. If you don't have a box cutter, scissors or a bowie knife you can not open this freaking thing...so if you're not wearing a tool belt don't buy Zicam, say you're in a hotel room, or in my case my bedroom you can forget about opening and using a Zicam nasal spray without a bunch of tools, they should include something sharp with the product, like when you buy something that needs assembly, just include 'opening tools' why don't you.

Helped me to breathe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As luck would have it, I felt a cold coming on shortly after getting this product. I wasn't sure how a menthol nasal spray might feel, but it was rather refreshing. I felt it really open up my nasal passages, which are also blocked when I'm sick. It did seem like my cold was shorter than usual. I would definitely consider purchasing this again.

I actually got to try this product recently my daughter got sick after Christmas and I woke up noticed I was getting it so I sprayed 2x in each nostril a few time a day and only felt sick a cpl days compared to her being sick a little over a week! So easy to use and loved the cooling menthol and eucalyptus! I definitely feel this is what saved me from being sick long and will definitely by this especially in winter when everyone is getting sick constantly! Well worth your money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a hit!! It works. I started feeling icky (sore throat, sinus stuff) and started taking it. All my symptoms went away in a day!!! I couldn’t believe it. I have used the swabs previously and this is so much better. It does not leak back but does drip out the nose. The cooling effect can be too much for some but I didn’t mind it. The price is great too and I found many places had it on sale.

WORKS!!!!!
I started using the Zicam a few days after beginning a head cold because I hadn't ever used it before and my son was kind enough to purchase some for me after he saw me suffering! Even AFTER the cold started, the Zicam is working and it is unbelievable! I feel better already and will continue to use the Zicam for a few days after I feel completely better! I am purchasing another box just to have in case I get another head cold or if any family member does.

Not What It Used to Be!
The original zinc-based nasal gel formulation was fantastic. The new nasal spray: meh. With the old one, I would take it at the first sign of a cold and it would reduce symptoms and limit the duration of any cold to just a couple of days. It was the true cold-shortening product proved by scientific clinical studies rather than "claims based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence." Sadly, litigation pushed that product off the shelves and the replacement doesn't really do the trick. Too bad.
