■ temporarily relieves nasal congestion due to: ■ a cold ■ hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies ■ promotes nasal and sinus drainage ■ temporarily relieves sinus congestion and pressure ■ helps clear nasal passages; shrinks swollen membranesDirections
Directions ■ adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. ■ children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor. Shake well before use: To open, hold by the white grips then squeeze and turn cap. Before using for the first time, remove the protective cap from the tip and prime metered pump by depressing firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at the base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress pump all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use. To close, turn cap until it "clicks". Do not discard cap.Inactive ingredients

A: The box states that it is made in India. It does not state where the ingredients come from. An alternative that was in the local store but not online is Vicks Sinex Severe which is made in Germany.

Mucinex Sinus-Max Full Force Nasal Spray contains a decongestant, oxymetazoline, that helps provide relief from nasal congestion. You can use both products if you are experiencing these symptoms; nasal and chest congestion. Do not use the Nasal spray for more than 3 days. Be sure to read label instructions thoroughly for appropriate use of both products. Mucinex DM contains active ingredients: guaifenesin, that helps provide relief from chest congestion and Dextromethorphan a cough suppressant. Mucinex Sinus-Max Full Force Nasal Spray contains a decongestant, oxymetazoline, that helps provide relief from nasal congestion. My allergies flared up REALLY BAD and turned into a month long sinus infection. I tried steaming, neti pot, zyrtec, etc.. NOTHING worked except this. After about 4 sprays altogether, it cleared up my sinuses. The swelling, irritation and post nasal drip went away. Literally can’t even explain how thankful I am for this product. If you’re not sure which medicine to go with, give this one a try because it really does work. Hope you feel better <3

The only thing that works for me. I get bad seasonal allergies to pollen etc. that sometimes turns into a sinus infection. This is one of the only things that really helps me breathe and sleep well without having to sleep with my mouth open. It is cooling so to some it may feel like it’s burning but it’s just a cooling sensation. Im used to nasal sprays so it does not bother me. If it helps I’m willing to try. I do agree it does not last the full 12 hours only really 10 hours but that is what the product says. I will do one dose in the morning then 10 hours later which is a couple hours before my bedtime so that it gives me enough time in between that second nasal spray for when I wake up and may need more.

I only use it in the morning before work and at night before bed and it takes less than 30 min to take action. I love breathing lol. Down side: it doesn't "heal" my stuffy nose. I was completely stuffed up and congested due to Covid. This nasal spray worked almost immediately to clear my sinuses and allowed me to breathe easily through my nose. I was stunned at how well it worked. Note it says to take it for no more than three days. I needed it for longer but didn’t want to suffer any negative consequences for using it longer than suggested.

This is my go to decongestant. I’ve never found any other brands to be comparable that work so well. It does burn a little at first but to breathe again it is completely worth it!

Standing in the isle of cold meds, another shopper recommended this stuff for congestion. Although the store I was at didn’t have it, the customer told me where to find it. Headed to the pharmacy, bought this product, and the rest is history. Being sick and congested is the worst, this spray works incredibly fast and really does last 10-12 hours. Follow the directions though. Shake it well, 2-3 sprays per nostril, hold one nostril closed while spraying the opposite one. 10/10 product!
