A: This product is a pump mist. To use: Shake well before use. Hold white tabs, press grooved area of cap firmly and turn counterclockwise. Before using the first time, prime metered pump by depressing pump firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use. Secure cap after use.

Fast congestion relief!

It does help
This brought me relief but not for 12 hours. It decongested my sinuses for about 6-7 hours so if you are in the beginning stage of a sinus infection make sure you pick the right time to use it since you can only use it every 12 hours for three days. It also leaves a lingering minty feeling, for a couple hours after spraying and I found it uncomfortable while trying to sleep.

Do NOT ride this dragon!
This product is great… for the first 3 days. Then you’re dealing with congestion rebound. This was a nightmare to stop using. To get off it I used Flonase and Saline Nose Spray. Non-addicting. Helped so much!

Poor packaging and product
I wouldn’t buy this product. The bottle is impossible to open to the to the point where I had to get scissors to cute the top off because the seal wouldn’t break. Area 51 would be easier to break into than this bottle of nose spray. On top of that, it’s a mid nose spray at best. It didn’t help clear anything. Flonase is a much better brand than Afrin :/ definitely not buying this product again.

Best Nasal Decongestant
I absolutely love Afrin. I timed it, 3 mins is all it took to decongest my nose. It has this minty nasal scent combined with the medicine that blast it all away. Only catch, you can only use it twice a day and it only last about 6/7 hours and then BOOM you out of nowhere have the congestion back. So be smart about the times you spray it. I try to do about an hour before bed so I can fall asleep easy. Also, you can only use it for 3 days/6 doses due to the high chance of rebound congestion. Do not overuse, trust me! If you get rebound congestion from over use, no other med will treat it

This stuff is incredible
I have covid. It is less than fun. I just want to sleep, but I can't sleep because my sinuses are so clogged and I keep coughing. Husband was finally cleared to leave the house after his bout with covid and got me some of this. I used it last night around 8pm and let me tell you. it was like the clouds parted after a hurricane and the sun was shining down. I could breathe! I didn't have to deal with my mouth hanging open all night getting dried out and gross. I slept so much better than I have been. I was still coughing, but I mean, that was expected. It is now 8am the next day and my nose is still clear. Absolutely recommend.

Hate the pump! Not pleased with the no drip stuff
An old saying is "If it ain't broke don't fix it"! If this is supposed to be a replacement for Original Afrin in the original spray bottle you're making a HUGE mistake! I hate the pump! It is hard for me to manipulate and I don't always get a uniform spray from it sometimes nothing at all! Also your thick no drip formula makes it hard to tell when the bottle is empty!
