Use NeilMed Pharmaceuticals Original Sinus Rinse Kit Packets - 50 Count to relieve post-nasal drip and dryness caused by allergies or for daily irrigation to moisturize and help prevent nasal irritation. This pack includes everything you need including a squeeze bottle and 50 premixed packets of easy-to-dispense USP grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate mixture. Simply mix with lukewarm filtered, distilled or previously boiled water.

Q: I have the pediatric packets that you use for the 4 oz bottle, but I need a new bottle asap. Can I use this 8 oz bottle with 4 oz solution packets (and only make 4 oz of the solution) ?

I have year round allergies, i helps some. takes some getting used to. If you squeeze the bottle too hard or tilt your head incorrectly, it can go to the eye, ear or throat as they are all interconnected with the nose. nothing wrong with the product as some have complained about it going to wrong parts like ear throat or eye, but mainly caused by user error.

TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!
This was so scary! My daughter is terrified of all nasal sprays and products now because of this awful experience! We followed the directions exactly and water shot up in her ear! It was extremely painful and I thought this would help her sniffles, but only gave her an awful ear infection!

Eye Pain
Used it several times and liked it, however this last time I used it the next day I started having eye pain on my right eye. I had to see an eye doctor urgently, then an ENT doctor. It lasted 2 weeks. I used Flonase and that helped with the pain. Afraid to use the sinus rinse again. Not worth it for me.

It does what it says but...
I liked that this initially worked but it flushed fluid into one of my ears during the second time I used it, which I strongly believe lead to an ear infection now. So use carefully and cautiously.

People who struggle with allergies or non-allergic rhinitis, this kit is great for you! Just make sure that you are using distilled or boiled water (after it cools a little, of course) so clean water is going. Unto your nose. I’ve been using this for twenty years. Amazing for sinus issues
Works amazing when congested. When I’m extra stuffed up, this isn’t a miracle worker, but does help loosen things up there. I also use this before bed when I have sinus pressure, but can still breathe out of my nose. It helps reduce the coughing at night due to nasal drip. Make sure you squeeze slowly or it’ll cause uncomfortable pressure in your ears.

Works Really Well
I love this sinus rinse. I've been using it on and off for years. It moisturises and flushes out mucus from your nose. Last week I used it and then took a steamy shower. A lot of green mucus came out finally relieving the pain and pressure I had been feeling for a couple of days.

This is the only thing that works for me. I used a few different types of medicines to help me with my septum deviation and allergies and Neil Med has been doing the best job for my problem. I loved it ! I uses two packets at morning and two more at night
