Q: I thought that Neilmed does the skinny packets now (more rectangular), which is not what is shown on the box. Do you know if these are as pictured on the box, or if they are the skinny packets?

A: These come with skinny packets not like what's pictured. I've never seen the square packs like they show here. The small skinny packs now come in a ziplock pouch to, which is way better to keep organized.

I ordered this and thought that the plastic bottle also came with it. No, it was a waste of money. It looked like it was a kit. I wouldn’t buy this again. I’d go to CVS and get one for 11 bucks. It had all you needed included. Very disappointed.

I like this product. I thought a bottle was included in this package, it isn’t. It’s a free bottle that you have to send in a form inside the box along with the receipt and who knows how long it takes to get it. Just want to make sure you are aware there isn’t a bottle in this package.

This product actually works really well But beware the box advertises 100 premixed packets You open the box and it contains a bag that contains 50 premixed packets And when you open the bag and count them you are left with only 42
