    Zero effect - buy the real stuff behind the counter

    ZERO effect. I was taking the “real” Sudafed that apparently you have to ask for from the pharmacy. Thought i got lucky with this on the shelf… PE is not true sudafed. It did absolutely nothing!!!! Especially compared with the real stuff I was taking just the day before. Skip the shelf and ask the pharmacist! Night and day. Waste of money.

    found to be 100% ineffective by dozens of studies

    This is completely ineffective as found the the NIH meta study. It's figurative snake oil with no more efficacy than a placebo and i'm surprised target carrys a scam product like this.

    If you r congested, dont buy this!

    It quite literally doesn’t do anything. It does not help with congestion in the slightest and I’ve been taking it every 4 hours as it states. It has not helped at all!!! Buy something else.

    My go to when sick

    I love this, it's my go to when sick. The only side effect I notice is that I have crazy dreams, and I struggle to fall asleep. But it's great for daytime

    My sinus congestion go-to

    Sudafed is a medicine cabinet must have! Helps to relieve sinus pressure from congestion whether it's a cold or allergies. Usually starts to work within 30 minutes of taking it.

    Price is affordable!

    It's a good product for anyone like me having sinus issues. I tried some other brands but it didn't work for me and so I decided to try Sudafed and it worked fine for me.

    Choose the Other Sudafed from the Pharmacist

    Did not work for me. I then tried a type of this product with a different active ingredient that was kept behind the counter and there was an immediate positive effect.

    Works great!

    My husband raves about this whenever he is sick with any sort of sinus crud. As a guy who rarely takes any meds, he swears it's the only thing that ever works for him.

    Doesn't Work.

    I bought this thinking it was the regular Sudafed, which is what I actually needed. This one is completely ineffective. The FDA even wanted to take it off the shelves over a year ago and yet it’s still here. Don’t bother.

    Highly effective sinus congestion treatment!

    There is nothing quite like Sudafed Sinus Congestion. I truly believe that nothing works like the pseudoephedrine. It helps me breathe and feel normal whether I have a cold or allergies. Great product.

    It doesn't work anymore. It used to but the last couple of times I've used it, it has done nothing. I don't know what has changed but please go back to the original!

    RIDICULOUS, SOOO FRUSTRATED

    I would be a repeat customer except I don't enjoy fighting with the packaging for each pill. Why is it made so difficult? 1. Break apart the plastic, 2. Peal off paper, 3, push the pill through the foil!!! It's ridiculous!! I will buy sudafed only if I can find no other version of Pseudoephedrine!!

    It works for mild symptoms

    Sudafed Congestion helps with mild congestion problems. Packaging is good. Formulation works well. Texture of this medication is smooth and allows for easy swallowing.
